So I made the cake… and I guess my bundt cake pan was a tad bit to small it baked higher than the pan. It looked weird when it finished cooking. Then I wanted to know the importance of cooling the cake on the wire rack?

I just made this didn’t know the trick about the cool oven thanks for the tip will try that now.
I didn’t tell the eaters about the cheese they are still raving! Enjoy your grandma while you can! My Cooking Grandma passed away before she could share her “Library” so yeah I guess that quote fits!

OMG I made this cake, and it was delicious! I gave my friend a peice, and she said she had 3 bites, and her mom’s bf ate the rest, and then he asked her if there was more! Haha. I love you Ms. Diva!! :)
